Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrismX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrismX.

2. Description of Service

PrismX provides a comprehensive field operations management platform, including but not limited to geotagged check-ins, dynamic task assignment, real-time reporting, and predictive analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Submit false or misleading data, particularly regarding geolocation or field activity.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the PrismX platform—including logos, software code, and UI design—are the exclusive property of PrismX and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload. By using PrismX, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of provide the Service and improving platform performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PrismX immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrismX is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
